• Order Requirements: You are required to purchase 10 (ten) hotshot or FTL orders which average $1,000 each within 30 days of you first signing up or a total of $10,000 of orders within the first 30 days.
• Liability Release: Customer will be required to sign a liability release between Breaker19 Logistics LLC and the recipient.
• Lawful Transfer: Customer and Breaker19 Logistics LLC will fully abide by the laws as required in the State of Texas for a lawful gift transfer of firearm. Any customer outside the State of Texas will be offered a $550 gift card at Academy Sports & Outdoors. Any customer who is not able to meet the lawful transfer requirements in the State of Texas will be offered the $550 Academy Sports & Outdoors gift card.
